J.L. Bray and Son also has extensive experience with unique applications. One example is the Damrell Building Parking Structure. It incorporates 10,000 square feet of retail space into a three level, post tension, poured-in-place concrete, parking facility. With a computer controlled traffic management system, this facility is able to accommodate 224 vehicles.
