J.L. Bray and Son assisted the owners of the Judge Frank C. Damrell complex from concept through construction. Utilizing the latest in construction techniques such as drilled caissons, post tension concrete slabs, and E.F.I.S.(Exterio Insulation Finish System). J.L. Bray and Son completed this project ahead of schedule and within budget.
 

Reception areas are liberally furnished with built-in,
hand-rubbed mahogany cabinets and counters, as are private offices and secretarial stations. 

The boardroom, complete with built-in projection and screening facilities, P/A system and wet bar, looks out onto an expansive tile balcony and panorama of the western Central Valley.   

 
The marble-accented entrance to the Damrell Complex provides an elegant statement befitting not only the building's tenants, but their level of clientele.
